• INCLUDED IN CLASS: Custom Patter(s) (The class will collectively choose a pattern to sew prior to the class), Muslin, access to a mannequin, Pens, Sewing needles, Thread of every color, Buttons, Scissors, Tape, and Industry-Grade Sewing machine access!

• BYOF (Bring Your Own Fabric). If you dare to be different, you have the option to bring your own fabric (Woven ONLY). You also can purchase fabric from our Fashion Lab at an additional price, based on your choice. We will consult with you prior to the class for the correct measurements and fabric to purchase.

• LATE POLICY: We understand that life happens and availability can change. Please advise the Fashion Lab you will be coming late (5 min grace period). If you are late, the class will continue as scheduled to accommodate other patrons. (I.E. If you are late 5 minutes, the remainder of the class will be 3hrs and 55mins). After 5 minutes, your class will be canceled and you will be required to purchase a new seat. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Class duration: Classes last up to 4 Hours & all the time is needed to stay on schedule.

• Location: 99 NW 183rd Street - Suite 117 A , Miami Gardens, FL 33169 (Please NO additional guests are allowed without purchasing a Guest Pass). FREE Parking is available in the front and back of the building.

• For children under 16 years of age: For patrons under 16 years old, a parent must be present during the entire duration of the class. Parents must also have a valid guest pass ($80usd), and must sign a waiver for their child to participate. For 16 years and older: A signed waiver will be required to participate in all classes and for use of equipment.
